I had even stated on the booking that we would have a stroller with us. I assume they simply did not fancy having a baby in the restaurant.Д«oth members of staff were officious, supercilious and unpleasant, and in retrospect I am glad we didn't eat here. Neither the hostess nor the manager even attempted to accommodate us. As our baby was asleep inside, we decided we would rather leave than have him wake for the whole evening just so we could check the stroller as was demanded. Upon arrival we were informed we could not take our small stroller into the restaurant because it presented a 'fire hazard'. Ironically I booked this place after seeing it in an online feature on 'family friendly' restaurants in NYC.
